Help One Another as Darker Days Approach

Time Of Distress and Chaos Is Here

What a time to be alive. Those who know biblical prophecy see the “Day of the Lord” approaching at greater speed. Cultures and societies are embracing darkness at an alarming rate. Reason, logic, and intelligence is gone and we are to be tolerant and acceptable instead. Safe places from calling evil good and good evil are few and black and white choices are here. Being a Christian on Sunday and blending into the world every other day is witnessing to the world who they truly are for everyone to see. The lukewarm stand out more and more as the world grows darker. What are we to do?

Hebrews 10:24 KJV And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Helping One Another Through Dark Days

We are to help each other stay strong in the love of God. Remember we were saved to do the good works God planned for us before we were born. As we watch biblical prophecy unfold before our eyes, we will need close knit fellowship to other true believers. For many this will be hard to find. A true biblical church is beyond difficult to find. So, we may be meeting with a few people. Let us never forget God used 12 men and some women to carry out what Jesus had started (Acts 1:1).

I encourage you to pray God will bring you a friend and will teach you to be a true friend. Encourage one another with the living hope we have in Jesus Christ. Remind each other since we died with Christ we will also live with Him eternally. Hold onto the promise that our eternal inheritance is kept by God Himself. What we see and have here is nothing compared to the unspeakable beauty of God.

Psalms 27:1 KJV The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. 3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. 4 One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.
