Have we lost the war? Open your eyes, ears and heart to see God’s Truth!

Is the battle over?

Psalm 12:1-2,4 NASB Help, Lord, for the godly person has come to an end, For the faithful have disappeared from the sons of mankind. 2 They speak lies to one another; They speak with flattering lips and a double heart. 4 Who have said, “With our tongue we will prevail; Our lips are our own; who is lord over us?”

This was written long ago but it gives a pretty clear description of  society today. People talk the talk but their feet walk in a very different direction. And those who are faithful to the whole word of God are hard to find.

Integrity and moral character are a thing of the past. Now that right and wrong are relative, accountability does not exist.

Psalm 12:8 NASB The wicked strut about on every side When vileness is exalted among the sons of mankind.

The love for evil grows which causes wickedness to spread.

Did they win? Will their evilness prevail?

What will God do?

Psalm 12:3 KJV The Lord shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things:

Those who think they will not be held accountable and judged by God are deceived (Psalm 12:3,6-7; Revelation 20:11-15). God will hold them accountable and they will answer for every word, thought and action they have done, unless they repent and come to Jesus Christ.

Question: “What is the Great White Throne Judgment?” Answer: The great white throne judgment is described in Revelation 20:11-15 and is the final judgment prior to the lost being cast into the lake of fire. We know from Revelation 20:7-15 that this judgment will take place after the millennium and after Satan is thrown into the lake of fire where the beast and the false prophet are (Revelation 19:19-20; 20:7-10). The books that are opened (Revelation 20:12) contain records of everyone’s deeds, whether they are good or evil, because God knows everything that has ever been said, done, or even thought, and He will reward or punish each one accordingly (Psalm 28:4; 62:12; Romans 2:6; Revelation 2:23; 18:6; 22:12)… by Gotquestions

What are believers to do?

Philippians 4:8 KJV Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Standing In The Faith God — Jude 1:3 KJV Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

The book of Jude is very small but has a lot to say about false teachers and teachings which makes it very relevant today. The church is full of false teachings by false teachers. They have taught the masses well because the “church” embraces the ways of the world all in the name of Jesus. Jude wanted to write about the salvation they have in common but God had other ideas, so he wrote about our faith. He tells those who believe to “earnestly content for the faith.” What does this mean?.. by LHWM

The first thing to do will be to think on things that are true. What does this mean?

Psalm 119:142 NASB Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, And Your Law is truth.

Psalm 119:151 NASB You are near, Lord, And all Your commandments are truth.

Psalm 119:160 NASB The sum of Your word is truth, And every one of Your righteous judgments is everlasting.

It means we read, study, and think on God’s word which is truth.

We live out the righteousness of Christ in us. The fruit of our salvation is to love and obey God’s commands. As well as loving others (1 John 2).

The darkness will spread along with coldness toward others and seeing no hope. The message of the gospel is the only way out of darkness and hopelessness. We must proclaim the message. We do this knowing we are sheep surrounded by wolves (Matthew 10:16).

Jesus is coming. Faith comes by hearing the true gospel (Romans 10:17).  Do not fear, God is with us Deuteronomy  31:6, Hebrews 13:5).
