Christians are being persecuted all over the world. At one time, America was free from oppressive persecution. But that can not be said anymore. Churches have been forced to close, be fined for not closing, or follow ridiculous rules. Teachers or leaders of the young in our schools are fired or told to stop praying with the young people. Businesses have been lost because the owners would not move from their biblical values.
Why am I saying all this? When the leaders of a nation work diligently to shut up the Truth, they have a next step in mind. Once the government becomes God, how long before we are here?
“Women, especially pregnant women, witnessed horror daily, as pregnant women were injected with medicine to trigger labor. After giving birth to live babies, the newborns would be taken from them, smothered by guards using plastic sheets or cloth sacks and then discarded in a cleaning cupboard.”
“Only for possessing a Bible, prisoners who were tied to a wooden stake were shot by a five-person firing squad, recalled some interviewees. A Korean Workers’ Party member was arrested for owning a Bible and executed at Hyesan airfield in front of 3000 residents. Others were executed for smuggling Bible pages into the country from China for North Koreans to make prayer books.”
Standing In Your Faith Brings Hate & Persecution
Faith in Jesus the Christ will cost you in most nations. At the least beatings and torture and at the fullest, your life.
Matthew 10:22 KJV And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
Matthew 24:9 KJV Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.
Believers do not have to do anything to provoke hate towards them. The hate of those who live a godly life is built into the Gospel of God (2 Timothy 3:12).
John 15:18 KJV 18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
No one wants to be hated but it is part of the Christians calling according to Jesus. This kind of persecution is coming to America. When it does will I stand for my faith in Christ no matter the cost? To experience the full meaning of what persecution looks like we recommend this movie called “The Insanity Of God” . Those under true persecution see it very differently. In this movie stories are shared of what people experienced because of their faith in Jesus the Christ.
Choose To Believe and Walk In Your Faith
1 John 1:6-10 KJV 6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
As you watch this movie you see there is no “we say.” There is “we walk,” “we confess.” Why? Because there is no saying I am Christian and then act however you want in a country where it is against the law to be one. So if you say you’re a Christian in these places there must be biblical proof for other believers to trust you.
In America do you look for biblical proof when someone claims to be a believer? Do you know the biblical fruit to look for? We pray and hope you are ready to stand in your faith. When the time comes and know that Jesus will give you what you need to sustain the persecution.
Know that persecution comes in many forms but there is only one stance.
