Worshipping Other Gods, What Will Happen and What Does God Say About This
The church of America has been asleep for a long time and this comes with a price. The church as a whole has been lulled to sleep through religious ritual and the combining of pagan worship, worldly views, music, and ways with worshipping God. The majority of the people and professing Christians are ready for an all-out Baal worship.
Do not believe this is new!
God sent His prophet Elijah to gather the Israelites and ask “How much longer will you try to have things both ways. The people said nothing. (1 Kings 18:21). Their silence said it all. God asks the same question today. And like the Israelites we are being silent, thinking we can worship God, other gods, and the world. We are systematically letting go of God and His teachings to put ourselves above His throne. We see evidence of this in New Age teachings, every form of entertainment, and the worldliness of the church. This is nothing new. It is history repeating itself.
There are many articles to read, we provided this is one:
In this article the leaders of our nation and others have decided to place part of the Baal temple in New York and in London. Other articles state they are putting up temples all over the world to worship Baal. This will prepare people to move away from the only true living God and accept who they think is God, the Antichrist.
What Happens When A Nation Ushers In Baal Worship?
The Israelites thought they could worship Yahweh God and Baal at the same time with no consequences. America and her involvement in Baal worship? History and now:
Baal worship - sacrificed infants to Baal by burning them alive at the altar of Baal
Now - kill babies in the mother's womb
Baal worship - temple prostitutes, sexual orgies, homosexual and heterosexual
Now - pornography, sex outside marriage, same-sex relations, and sexual immorality is now good
Baal worship - killed infants for the profit of adults
Now - clean, sterile, clinical abortion for profit
Yes, America is deeply steeped in idol worship.
The Road Of Worshipping Idols
Ahab was the King of Israel. He knew God's laws about worshipping other gods. Ahab married Jezebel; she worshipped Baal. She hated God and killed the priests of God. After Ahab married Jezebel, he built an altar to Baal and worshipped him.
Numbers 25:3 So Israel joined himself to [the god] Baal of Peor. And the anger of the Lord was kindled against Israel.
What does this have to do with me? Are you, as a Christian, dating or thinking about marrying an unbeliever (2 Corinthians 6:14-18). Ahab married an unbeliever and his life was never the same.
Baal worship will be in our backyard. Just as in the days of Ahab, when the replica of the temple of Baal in New York City and other places go up it will proclaim God is not the only true living God. Many people, including professing Christians, will say nothing wanting to continue to limp between two opinions. That is, believing they can worship God and Baal (Matthew 6:24). Has God changed His mind about this? No, God never changes (Malachi 3:6, Hebrews 13:8). Israel is a warning and example to those who stubbornly turn from God and engage in idol worship (1 Corinthians 10:1-8).
Numbers 31:16 Behold, these caused the Israelites by the counsel of Balaam to trespass and act treacherously against the Lord in the matter of Peor, and so a [smiting] plague came among the congregation of the Lord.
America, like the Israelites, have seen the great and wonderful miracles of God. God used America as a place of refuge from religious persecution. He defeated our enemies. Like the Israelites, God warned us not to have any other gods (not to worship anyone or anything but Him). But, the miracles wore off and memory loss set in so back we go to worshipping something that we can see and excites our senses. The church as a whole has followed this same pattern. The sermons feed the flesh and the music stirs the emotions. The people leave feeling good about themselves and their sins.
Faith is not an emotion; it does not come from man and cannot be created by man. Faith is an exercise of the will to receive salvation, which is given as a gift through the grace of God (Ephesians 2:8).
What Are The Consequences Of Worshipping Other gods Such As Baal?
Jeremiah 2:8, 9:14, 19:5, 23:27
Ezekiel 20:27, 36:18-19, 39:22-24
God was long-suffering with Israel, but there a came a time when Israel crossed a line with God and judgment came upon them. America is headed in the same direction. Do not think we are special and will avoid this judgment. He has to punish and correct, because He is Holy and keeps His word.
God has been warning America for years and the warnings have escalated. We clearly have been shown over and over again by the bible and through other countries that God will not tolerate idolatry. So to openly construct and invite the worship of Baal is challenging God to bring judgment to America and anywhere else. As this is brought about in April 2016 it will ask the question like never before in this country, which one will you worship, the Living Lord God or a God of your making such as Baal.
What Happens When We Cross That Line?
God sent a pagan king to defeat Israel. Their land was conquered and taken, Jerusalem was destroyed, and the people were taken back into bondage. Many were killed for not bowing to other gods and many died from the conditions.
God will watch this temple being built and He will once again watch people around the world worship Baal. When the building and worshipping begins, God will give us what we desire (Romans 1:22-25). Are you ready for this type of desire and the consequences that will come? The destruction of the world will have people hunting for the answers, and as the world becomes colder and darker are you ready to be bold in telling others about the death, burial, and resurrection of your Lord God, Jesus Christ. Is your faith in Christ strong enough to be faithful even unto death?
