In this article, we will discuss what exactly this revolution entails, as well as how and why those who support it wish to put it into action. After that, we will also approach this from a biblical perspective and find out what God has to say about their strategies. Let’s begin!
The fourth industrial revolution has been around for quite some time, since the late 1700s. Since the first, second, and third industrial revolutions, the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) is a big step forward. The fourth industrial revolution will bring about significant changes in both technology and people. This technology is already a part of our daily lives.
You can learn more about what they want, by reading the WEF and what others have to say. Which is, it will “create an inclusive, human-centred future.” [1] This transformation is occurring more quickly than one might anticipate.
What is the 4th Industrial Revolution?
The 4th revolution focuses on digital, physical, and biological systems. They want to incorporate man and machine as one. For example, by adding chips in your brain, an RFID chip in your hand, a 3D-printed organ or bone, a 3D-printed bionic arm, and much more. This revolution not only wants to change the way we do things in life; it intends to be our way of life. So, exactly what is this 4th revolution?
The 4th industrial revolution is a progression of the other three that began in the late 1700s. Below is a brief breakdown of each one.
- Began 1760s – First Industrial Revolution was about creating and producing powerful machines that used steam and water. [2]
- Late 1800s – Second Industrial Revolution (Technological Revolution) involved the railroad and telegraph networks. This was created so that people and data could be moved from one place to another quickly. The electricity was also introduced during this time period. [2]
- Late 1960s – Third Industrial Revolution (Digital Revolution), the production of super computers and advancing them to be faster and more powerful. [2]
- 21st Century – Forth Industrial Revolution, is a generation that focuses on automation and data exchange. This is Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) which are the internet of things (IoT), cloud computing, cognitive computing, and artificial intelligence (AI).[2] [3]
Now that you have a basic understanding of each revolution, let’s see what and how they are incorporating this technology into our daily lives.
How the 4 Components that Form the Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) People Use Daily
As you read above, the fourth industrial revolution has 4 components that make up the industry (CPS). In the following paragraphs, we will provide a brief summary of each one, along with an explanation of the purpose it now serves.
Internet of Things (IoT)
The internet of things, also known as IoT, is a multitude of technologies that are networked together. These devices communicate with each other and send data. Each technology has built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. that allows the technologies to connect to each other and the internet.
For example, if you have a smart car, you can connect your smartphone via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Then the smartphone can send data to the smart car, and vice versa. The same thing also works with your smartwatch and other smart technologies. The internet of things helps these smart components to communicate with each other, therefore creating an IoT.
IoT also integrates with other technologies, such as AI, cloud computing, machine learning and more. To learn more about IoT, read this article titled “What is the Internet of Things (IoT)? With Examples“
The IoT – Internet of Things Video Explained in 6 Minutes.
Cloud Computing
Cloud computing in simple terms means, it is a place where data is stored and available through the internet. Unlike internal or external hard drives, this storage facility is accessible by a network. The hard drives you have at home, work or anyplace that is in your personal area is within your control.
Cloud storage is accessible to you and the people who own the databases. There are different types of cloud computing to use when storing your data. The 3 types are Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). There are several articles to learn more about the types and how cloud storage works.
What we want to focus on is, the data you upload to the cloud is no longer yours. It belongs to the company you uploaded the data to.
The simple answer is, though you own the data and files you create, while you use a cloud service for data storage or hosting, you are handing it over to the service provider, and the provider is in its ultimate control. It means they own the power to hold on to your applications, software, and data so that they follow standard data regulatory compliances. And the vendors can also hand over your data to the legal authorities if asked. [4]
These are a few companies where you own the data, Mega and Nextcloud. You can find more providers. You will want a company that offers end-to-end encryption or zero-knowledge encryption. These companies will give constant warnings before you sign up.
Cognitive Computing
Cognitive computing is a computer technology that imitates the human brain, but is dependent upon human intervention. For example, if you ask a cognitive computer to help you plan a trip, it would be able to understand your question. It will look through a lot of information to find the best options for you. Furthermore, it can even give you advice based on what you like. Think of cognitive computing is like having an assistant or another person providing you with information. This is always around when you need it.
Cognitive computing systems employ self-learning algorithms that depend on AI technologies such as data mining, visual recognition, speech recognition and NLP to find answers to complex problems. These systems learn, reason and interact with humans just as if they were human. Like humans, they can work with symbols and concepts. [5]
Cognitive computing does not have the ability to think for itself, unlike artificial intelligence.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a machine that is programmed to mimic the human brain. It can perform tasks that would ordinarily require the intelligence of a human to complete. Artificial intelligence enables computers to learn, reason, and make decisions in the same way that humans do.
artificial intelligence (AI), the ability of a digital computer or computer-controlled robot to perform tasks commonly associated with intelligent beings. The term is frequently applied to the project of developing systems endowed with the intellectual processes characteristic of humans, such as the ability to reason, discover meaning, generalize, or learn from past experience. [16]
For example, we will use Dragon by Nuance. It can recognize your voice and understand what you’re saying, just like a person would. It takes what you say and writes it for you. Dragon uses deep learning AI technology. Which means it gains knowledge and can learn the person’s unique voice who is interacting with the software.

What is Deep Learning?
AI is found in search engines, recommending movies or products, understanding human speech (Siri or Alexa). It can be used in self-driving cars, or tools like ChatGPT and much more. AI is the foundation to power other technology.
What are 15-Minute Cities?
The 15-minute cities are part of the CPS because it will utilize the internet of things among other technologies. As of today, there are no 15-minute cities thriving. It is currently a concept and model that many countries want to implement.
The ubiquitousness principle advances the need for 15-minute cities’ requirements to be in large supply in all geographies, thereupon making them available for everyone and at an affordable cost. This aspect will greatly benefit from the deployment of the three technologies (IoT, Digital Twins, and 6G) being advanced in this paper. We argue that with these technologies, it will be possible for urban planners to contextualise and implement 15-minute city models. [18]
Wikipedia provides in-depth information on 15-minute cities.
The 15-minute city (FMC or 15mC) [1][2] is an urban planning concept in which most daily necessities and services, such as work, shopping, education, healthcare, and leisure can be easily reached by a 15-minute walk or bike ride from any point in the city. [3] This approach aims to reduce car dependency, promote healthy and sustainable living, and improve wellbeing and quality of life for city dwellers… —– learn more [18]

Definitions They Use In Describing the Fourth Industrial Revolution
Understanding their language helps us see what they are saying. These are a few words we have chosen to focus on, but there are other words they use.
Fundamental – serving as a basis supporting existence or determining essential structure or function [6]
The Fourth Industrial Revolution represents a fundamental change in the way we live, work and relate to one another. [1]
Merging – 1. to cause to combine, unite, coalesce [7]
These advances are merging the physical, digital and biological worlds in ways that create both huge promise and potential peril. [1]
Converge – 2. to come together and unite in a common interest or focus [8]
The Fourth Industrial Revolution is about more than just technology-driven change; it is an opportunity to help everyone, including leaders, policy-makers and people from all income groups and nations, to harness converging technologies in order to create an inclusive, human-centred future. [1]
Fuse – 2. to blend by or as if by melting together [9]
Disciplines – 5. a rule or system of rules governing conduct or activity [10]
It is characterized by a range of new technologies that are fusing the physical, digital and biological worlds, impacting all disciplines, economies and industries, and even challenging ideas about what it means to be human. [11]
How Will This Revolution Change Our Way of Life?
The revolution will change our way of life because they are systematically working to get rid of the old and diligently working to implement new technology. Since the early 2000s, their goal is to constantly and actively upgrade the technology, so they can track everything.
Revolution – 2 a: a sudden, radical, or complete change b: a fundamental change in political organization especially : the overthrow or renunciation of one government or ruler and the substitution of another by the governed [13]
For example, how many of you already have a smartwatch, smartphone, smart TV, etc.? Who uses Siri or Alexa or any speaking technology device that answers questions? All these technologies track and obtain your data.
The Early 2000s – Kevin Ashton (the guy who came up with the name “Internet of Things”) believed Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) was a prerequisite for the Internet of Things — primarily as an inventory tracking solution. In hindsight, Inventory tracking has become one of the more obvious advantages of the IoT.He concluded if all devices were “tagged,” computers could manage, track, and inventory them. To some extent, the tagging of things has been achieved through technologies such as digital watermarking, barcodes, and QR codes. [12]
Therefore, the 4IR has its own uniqueness from the other revolutions. It is seen as “fundamentally different.” [11] How? It is separated;
by a range of new technologies that are fusing the physical, digital, and biological worlds, impacting all disciplines, economies and industries, and even challenging ideas about what it means to be human. [10]
What this means is; they want us to believe it is for our benefit. However, if you understand their language and the goal they are trying to achieve, you will see this differently. They want to create a one world unity by establishing a one world government, one world money, and one world religion. They plan to challenge God’s creation of humanity.
God has defined human beings; however, man will on every level attempt to defy God’s definition of a human being.
Conclusion of the 4IR
After reading what the 4th industrial revolution is and will do, we hope you see the bigger picture of what is coming. As time goes by, many will see that these technologies are not for our benefit or make life easier. An AI cannot learn and mimic a human being without human development, computing power and your data.
They think AI will help save the planet, make everybody equal, and it will offer sustainability throughout society. They are making plans; however, God is guiding their steps to fulfill His purpose. Let’s see what the bible has to say about their plan and His purpose.
The Purpose of Their Plan is to Save The Planet?
The bible does discuss the future of the planet and a complete change in the way people live.
The Elites believe they can save the earth, in reality it’s dying. Furthermore, they believe to save the planet, is to keep pushing their 13 Sustainable Goals, 2030 Agenda, Climate Change, 15-minute cities, Great Reset, Build Back Better and the list goes on. They want this agenda to be in full swing by 2030.
One of the ways they are implementing their plan is by saying people and animals are the problem. Have you ever read the article on “Cow burps are a major contributor to climate change — can scientists change that?” [19] And another article says “Animal farts and poop are major contributors to global warming. It turns out we might have been underestimating just how much.” [20]
Therefore, in their minds, there must be global changes in all areas of life. They will use this revolution to create a new normal. These radical changes will push the old way of living, working, and thinking until it becomes obsolete.
But is it true they can save the planet? Are they the ones in control? If not, what is the truth? Let’s begin with will earth be saved?
Does God Save or Destroy the Earth
The bible makes it clear the earth will be destroyed. In, 1 Peter 3:7,10-13, this tells us the earth will be destroyed by fire. Revelation chapters 6-19 describe in detail the destruction of the heavens, earth, and the people. When the wrath of God is unleashed here, it will be for the purpose of complete annihilation.
We hear about all these plans they are making for us. But we’re not hearing the whole truth because the true goal is kept hidden behind all the hype.
The good news of God is not hidden, but is revealed in scripture. For believers, we are eagerly awaiting to go to our real home. There will be a new earth and a new heaven. This is God’s way of “Build Back Better.” Man cannot nor ever will be able to save what God has planned to destroy.
2 Peter 3:13 BSB; 13 But in keeping with God’s promise, we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.
Revelation 21:1-4 BSB; 1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying: “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man, and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God. 4 ‘He will wipe away every tear from their eyes,’ and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the former things have passed away.”
Will The Elites Achieve Their Goal, or Does the Bible Say Differently?
The Elite’s will never achieve their full goal because God has a different plan. What are some of the elite’s goals? They want a new education system, a smart government, smart cities and so forth. The 4IR is their way of constantly influencing the way we make decisions through technology. For example: “You will own nothing and be happy.” Notice it says you, not us or we.
The 4IR is a part of the Great Reset. We highly recommend reading this article titled “The great reset needs the circular economy to render all products as services, so ‘you’ll own nothing & you’ll be happy’.”
The great reset needs the circular economy to render all products as services in order to advance the “you’ll own nothing and you’ll be happy” agenda.According to the Davos Agenda blog post “8 Predictions for the World in 2030,” the very first prediction states, “All products will have become services” thanks to the circular economy. by Sociable
Powering the move towards a circular economy is the so-called fourth industrial revolution, which will lead to the fusion of our physical, biological, and digital identities — a new era of transhumanism.According to WEF founder Klaus Schwab, “The Fourth Industrial Revolution will impact every aspect of our lives. In order to thrive within this new global dynamic, we need to adopt new business models and norms. by Sociable
The truth is, no one has ownership of anything or anyone. All belongs to the living Lord God. Man thinks they are in control; however, God is sovereign over the earth, the things on the earth and the people who live on it.
Psalm 24:1 BSB; A Psalm of David. The earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof, the world and all who dwell therein.
God created all things through the power of His spoken word (Genesis chapters 1-2). And nothing and no one will escape God doing as He pleases with all His creation.
Psalm 115:3 BSB; Our God is in heaven; He does as He pleases.
Colossians 1:16 BSB; For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him.
Therefore, the plans of those who push the one world agenda will be used through God’s will. The truth is, He will use them to further the plans He has for the world’s future.
Proverbs 16:9 BSB; A man’s heart plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps.
The plans have been made and are being put into play. But it will be God Who determines what will happen.
Conclusion
The world will embrace the 4th industrial revolution and all the plans and goals these elites have written. God will only allow their plans to go so far because it is a part of His plan. But at some point, the plans of God and the plans of man will collide. Then they will know that God is GOD!
